Refund policy

• Full payment is due at the time of the registration.
• Refunds: a full refund will be provided when cancellation is made 24 hours in advance.
• No refunds will be provided when cancellations are received less than 24 hours before the training.
• If the event is accessed, then cancellation is not an option.
• Training dates are subject to change. In the event of a training requiring rescheduling, WPTI will provide 3 days’ notice. The cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date.
